FundSense iD is the foundational data layer that underpins every workflow, automation, and AI capability on the FundSense platform. iD manages thousands of data points across the entire investment spectrum, with automated monitoring and updates for frequent changes. Client data is mapped to FundSense data points, ensuring continuous alignment with every third-party system and guaranteeing that the firm’s golden source is accurately reflected across all industry databases.
Alignment is monitored through FundSense Data Reconciliation, which detects discrepancies across data feeds, documents, and websites, and automatically notifies the firm or third party when action is required.
iD also manages hundreds of FundSense-built industry templates, including EMT, EPT, EET, openfunds, vendor fund and share-class templates, platform formats, and more. Automated monitoring captures template changes, while multiple versions are maintained as firms adopt new standards at different times.
All data points are mapped to the relevant templates, ensuring firms are always aligned to the industry formats that matter without re-keying, copying and pasting, or manual checks.
